SERVICES:

I. litigation and Arbitration

1. Arbitration of international trade, international investment and international financial disputes;

II. Legal counsel

1. 2. Participate in the negotiation and provide the whole process of legal services for the company's M & A and asset restructuring;

4. Assist customers to contact and coordinate with relevant government departments;
