The main fields of practice are real estate projects, companies, trademarks, advertising, intellectual property, enterprise restructuring, project investment, dissolution, bankruptcy and liquidation, civil tort and other litigation and non litigation businesses. He has successively served as legal consultant for dozens of major import and export companies and legal services for corporate restructuring projects.
